• Windber, PA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Gynecology-Only Physician to join our growing team. This physician will provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services, while focusing exclusively on non-obstetric gynecologic practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to advancing women’s health within our rural community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based gynecologic care for adult women, including: Annual exams and preventive health screenings Management of menstrual, menopausal, and reproductive health issues Diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions (benign and malignant) Minimally invasive procedures and other gynecologic surgeries Collaborate with other specialists and primary care providers to coordinate patient care Support two accomplished CRNPs who have built a stable practice in the community Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and hospital committees as required Educate patients and community on women’s health topics Support teaching and mentoring of students, and clinical staff Work Schedule: Full-time schedule with clinic hours primarily Monday-Friday No obstetric call (gynecology-only focus) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary and incentive structure Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Malpractice coverage provided CME allowance and paid time off Supportive administrative and nursing staff Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active, unrestricted PA medical license or eligibility for licensure Current DEA registration Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in gynecology preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
