Junior Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

Assist Maintenance Manager in achieving Maintenance Department’s main KPIs: Equipment Uptime and Cost. Manage maintenance work orders in CMMS created by Operation teams and Maintenance team. Manage inventories: Routine inspection on the current stock and update CMMS system. Involved in Purchasing of parts. Manage PM plan: Create and maintain PM plan in CMMS based on downtime trend and execute PM work orders according to the plan.

Involved in equipment performance meetings and improvement projects.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any engineering field At least 5 years of working experience in Equipment Maintenance, preferable in glove manufacturing environment. Able to work in rotating shift, if required. Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
