About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and organised Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our care community at Templestowe Grove Care Community. Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism. Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea. Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering. Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.

What You'll Need

Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical Police check NDIS Worker Screening Check Welcome with Heart If you are a people-person who takes pride in creating a positive and organised environment, we would love to hear from you.
