Personal Care Assistant

Providing great resident care Assist resident with dressing. Answering resident calls and determining how best to help the resident. Ensuring resident’s safety Performing bedside patient care by anticipating patient needs and prioritizing care accordingly. Noting observations of resident’s behaviors, including complaints or physical symptoms to nurses.

Maintains responsibility for own professional development through active participation in-service and/or continuing education programs timely completion of competencies. Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.
