Now Hiring: Sales Representative Smokey Hills Outdoor Store – Park Rapids, MN Do you have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy helping people? Smokey Hills Outdoor Store is looking for a motivated, dependable Sales Representative to join our team. We are a full-service outdoor retailer specializing in hunting, fishing, camping, firearms, ammunition, and outdoor gear .

Our team takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service throughout the store Assist customers with product selection and answer questions across all departments Sell firearms and accurately complete all required federal and state paperwork while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and store policies Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions Stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain attractive displays Keep the store clean, organized, and well maintained Prepare and ship orders for our growing e-commerce business Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory Assist with merchandising and overall store presentation Support teammates wherever needed to help the store operate efficiently Qualifications Passion for hunting, fishing, camping, shooting sports, or the outdoor lifestyle Clean background check required Ability to legally handle and sell firearms in accordance with all applicable laws Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Basic computer skills Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Weekend availability required as part of a rotating schedule Store Hours Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM .

Weekend availability is required.

Compensation
