Job description
This is a professional position related to the drainage engineering required by Hernando County involving design and implementation of all facilities relating to drainage, stormwater, and flood control, development of stormwater management programs, and inter-local coordination of stormwater related issues and programs.
Serves as supervisor for the Stormwater Department personnel and as project manager for complex, multi-discipline projects. May serve as a member of the EOC during emergencies.
