Posting Title: M.D Medicine Industry: Health Care Salary: ₹3LPM TO ₹4LPM Work Experience: 1+ year --- --- Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU settings. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including ECG, TMT, ECHO, and other relevant cardiac and systemic assessments.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions with evidence-based treatment plans. Provide timely and effective interventions in emergency medical situations. Lead and participate in ICU patient care, including monitoring, ventilator management, and critical care protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Engage in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives. Mentor junior medical staff and interns in clinical decision-making and patient management. Adhere to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and institutional policies at all times.
