Mechanical Engineer - Co-op

We are seeking a mechanical engineer student with a 6 months+ of internships/work experience in a role relevant to mechanical engineering. Out of our Los Angeles headquarters, you will design, prototype, analyze, test, and develop hardware to support our defense-focused missile launch systems. A successful candidate will receive mentorship from experienced engineers and leaders in the aerospace and defense industry.

Basic Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Undergraduate student or enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program) Pursuing Mechanical, Aerospace, Thermal Fluids, Structural or similar Engineering degree 6+ months of relevant internship, co-op, or work experience Experience with a CAD system such as Solidworks, Siemen’s NX, PC Creo etc.

Strong understanding of engineering first principles Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding atmosphere Excellent written and verbal communication skills GPA of 2.7 or above Preferred Experience: 12+ months of relevant internship, co-op, or work experience Extracurricular or project experience using prototyping/manufacturing tools GPA of 3.
