American Health Plans owns and manages institutional special needs plans (I-SNPs) for seniors who reside in long-term care facilities. Our plans are specifically designed to help nursing home operators enhance patient care and manage financial risk.

The Member Advocate is a customer-service-focused role supporting members within an assigned local service area. This position requires regular on-site work at partner nursing homes and other designated facilities, with the flexibility to work from home on documentation and administrative tasks when not in the field. Candidates must live within commuting distance of their assigned service area and have a suitable home workspace, as no formal office space is provided.
