Electrician

Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience Menno Haven is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Maintenance team! In this role, you will perform a variety of electrical work across our senior living community while supporting renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities Include

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and fixtures. Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs in a timely manner. Support renovation and remodeling projects across Menno Haven. Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Electrician in the Borough of Chambersburg, PA required. Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience preferred. Prior renovation or residential service experience strongly preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. Must be self-motivated with the ability to follow directions required.

Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently required. Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude required. Must be detail-oriented and have strong customer service skills required. Must maintain a clean, neat appearance required. Must possess a good work ethic, dependability, flexibility and be punctual required.

Experience is senior living is a plus.
