Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I launched my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in retail business management, building my career around serving others and leading teams. I studied Business Management at Lane Community College and am married with four children.

Outside of work, my family enjoys board games, bike rides, camping, and spending time outdoors. Giving back to the community is a priority for our agency. We proudly support Waypoint Community Church and local girls' club basketball programs, and we enjoy being involved in organizations that make a positive impact on local families.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.

You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
