Job description
The Digital Services Specialist supports retailers and Regions by improving dealership performance, lead management, BDC operations, and digital sales processes in line with brand standards and KPIs. Managing 20–25 retailers per region through virtual and on-site support, this role provides performance analysis, training, and ongoing guidance to improve lead response, customer engagement, and appointment conversion.
This role requires approximately 80% travel. The position also delivers workshops and webinars, develops training materials, supports program initiatives, and helps drive consistent execution, measurable results, and strong client satisfaction.
