Job description
Provides psychiatric evaluation and on-going medication management to adults and/or children and adolescents experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses. The Psychiatrist will work with a diverse population of patients presenting with a variety of mental health conditions including dual diagnoses in a community mental health clinic.
The position can be fully remote, or office based depending on the patient’s needs.
Duties and responsibilities
include completion of psychiatric evaluations, on-going medication management, service documentation, and case consultation. The Psychiatrist is considered part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team that includes licensed clinicians, counselors, social workers, case managers, and recovery support specialists.
