Family Medicine Residency Associate Program Director

The Associate Program Director (APD) is a physician leader who partners with the Program Director to design, achieve accreditation for, launch, and sustain the Moses Lake Family Medicine Residency. The APD contributes directly to the educational, clinical, and operational development of the program while maintaining an active clinical practice.

As the program matures, the APD shares responsibility for resident education, assessment, recruitment, faculty development, continuous program improvement, and compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), sponsoring-institution, and organizational requirements.
