Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Winston’s Tavern. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and available for use.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashers and hand-washing methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floors, countertops, and kitchen equipment.
• Sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in their proper locations.
• Assist in the preparation of food and ingredients as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely service.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
