• The Art Of Well Being and the Fairmont Falcons Kids’ Club. Follow all Kids Club safety, security, operating procedures and health guidelines at all times. Provide a high standard of care and supervision, ensuring children feel safe, welcome and engaged. Ensure registration forms, sign-in and sign-out records, and all required documentation are completed accurately and submitted to the Manager. Ensure all relevant team members are informed of children’s allergies, medical conditions and specific care requirements. Maintain a clean, tidy and organised environment, including activity areas, equipment and toys. Monitor supplies, replenish items from stores and inform the Manager when additional stock is required. Regularly check facilities and equipment, reporting any damage or required repairs and replacements to the Manager. Report incidents, concerns, guest complaints and suggestions to the Manager immediately. Respond promptly to issues within the scope of the role and escalate matters requiring further support. Maintain positive, professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues, respecting different backgrounds, cultures and individual needs. Use English for workplace communication, unless assisting a guest in their preferred language. Recognise returning children and parents by name and provide a warm, welcoming experience for every family. Promote Kids Club activities and events, encouraging participation from guests and club members. Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the programme schedule. Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the Kids Club programme and guest experience. Seek clarification whenever instructions or procedures are unclear. A recognised qualification in childcare, early childhood education or teaching is preferred. Relevant training in Child Protection, Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid in line with international standards. Successful completion of a criminal background check and medical assessment in Dubai. A minimum of three years’ experience in a childcare setting, with sound knowledge of childcare practices. Experience working with children aged 0–15 years. Strong experience with a particular age group will also be considered.
