Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading go-to-market management and pharmacy product strategy across multiple strategic, cross-enterprise initiatives of varying complexity and importance. The role supports strategic portfolio management and drives cross-functional engagement and alignment to shape product priorities; guide the development, launch, expansion, and optimization of products throughout the product lifecycle; evaluate product innovation and strategic opportunities; and maintain awareness of industry and market trends to inform the next generation of pharmacy products and shape long-term strategy.

Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree and 6 years experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR 10 years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry * Experience managing people or projects * Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multiyear business and technology projects.

• Understanding of project management tools and methods. * Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations. * Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment. * Presentation and group facilitation experience. * Analytical and information synthesis skills.

• Experience managing and mentoring staff. * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. * Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments. * Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks. * Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.

• Business acumen and project/process integration skills. * Conflict management and resolution skills. * Understanding of / experience with the SDLC. * Ability to autonomously manage complex corporate projects, including strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills Preferred Job Qualifications: * Master’s Degree in an area of study that focuses on critical thinking/ problem solving activities.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.

Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.
