Construction Manager/Estimator

Utilizing Southern Land Company guidelines, the Construction Manager/Estimator globally manages all construction related facets of assigned single-family / master planned communities. Along with being responsible for the support and coordination of pre-construction activities including conceptual estimating, design assist and design-build management relating to sitework, road construction, and land clearing.

This role works closely with the executive team to lead the specified strategic direction and ensure the construction financial and scheduled success of the development.
