In this role, you will contribute to the safe, efficient and sustainable operation of our production plants.

Your responsibilities

Monitoring and supporting daily production activities Assisting with production planning and process optimization Identifying and implementing process improvements Participating in investment and development projects Contributing to initiatives related to Process Engineering, Environment, Safety, Health & Quality (ESHQ), and Energy Management Profile Master of Science in Chemical Engineering or a PhD in Chemistry Strong interest in chemical manufacturing, process technology, ESHQ and energy efficiency Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively in a team environment Ambition and potential to grow into positions with increased responsibility, including management opportunities within Evonik or at the Antwerp site Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is considered an asset Your Application To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal .
