• Department Restructuring Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: up to 7 Case Mix/Duties: OB/Gyn, Surgical Gynecology Surical Consults Gen OBGYN Visits GYN Surgery, Hysterectomy FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Requred: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Eligible Licenses: None Certifications: BLS Duties & Responsibilities Provide surgical consultations for OB/Gyn patients. Perform gynecological procedures including hysterectomies. Manage general OB/Gyn visits as needed. Work in clinic setting with no call responsibilities. Alternate weeks (1st/3rd or 2nd/4th) between Phillips and Medford; includes one full surgery day and one half surgery day per month.
