Welcome to the York General Family! We’re thrilled to share that Fitness. Worx/York Physical Therapy will soon be part of York General -and we’re so excited to have you on board! This application is ONLY for CURRENT Fitness. Worx/York Physical Therapy employees. As part of this transition, we’ll be creating a personnel file for every York Medical Clinic employee.

This will include: A completed application A signed offer letter Completed background checks A pre-screen appointment (including a urinalysis drug screen and a Quantiferon blood draw for tuberculosis) When filling out your application, please: Include your relevant work history and education. Upload a current resume, if you have one.

Provide copies of any licenses or certifications. This information is imperative as we ensure you're given proper credit in your compensation package. Once we receive your application, our Human Resources team will connect with you about the next steps.
