Overview
Assists with priority projects while mentoring new staff in key service areas. Her duties include coaching and onboarding colleagues in collection development, outreach and instruction, and the personal librarian program by sharing established practices, helping refine workflows, and building staff capacity and confidence.
She also supports implementation of the Divinity School’s new curriculum by mapping curricular needs to library expertise and instruction, identifying points of alignment with courses and program requirements, and coordinating or advising on appropriate librarian engagement and instructional support to ensure services are integrated effectively and sustainably.
Principal Responsibilities

Required Education and Experience Master’s degree in Library Science from an American Library Association accredited Library school and eight years of related experience. In selected instances, a post-graduate degree in a related discipline may be required or substituted for an MLS.
