Sous Chef, One Devonshire Gardens £38k per year/ 45 hour contract Hotel du Vin Glasgow One Devonshire Gardens is set in a tree lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow. It is a step apart from the usual Hotel Du Vin standards and has an enviable reputation for service and style. Working as Sous Chef in the kitchen you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver in a smooth and consistent manner.

Ideally you will of worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you. Y ou will be required to develop the brigade and maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety. We offer on the job training in house as well as working with our training provider to offer nationally recognized apprenticeships.
