Description Job Title: Restaurant Shift Leader Our restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience while leading a team of 4-10 employees. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience
• Lead a team of 4-10 employees
• Train and develop team members
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Guest experience focused
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
