Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills. Confidence presenting to homeowners and handling objections. An interest in coaching and developing other sales representatives. Willingness to learn, follow, and demonstrate a structured selling system. Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Comfort using CRM software and digital sales tools. Preferred: Experience in residential roofing sales or in-home sales What You’ll Earn $40,000 annual base salary.
