As an Event Service Manager , you’re not just overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Execute exceptional events : Serve as the on-site contact for group and catering clients, ensuring seamless event execution and outstanding guest expectations.

Lead event operations: Coordinate hotel departments and provide direction to team members to ensure all event requirements are delivered successfully. Build strong client relationships: Maintain consistent communication clients throughout the planning and execution process to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Maximize business opportunities: Identify upsell opportunities, promote hotel services, and contribute to achieving revenue goals. Support team success: Communicate client needs, provide guidance and coaching, and foster collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Solve problems with confidence: Address guest concerns, resolve operational challenges, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing business needs.
