Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity The world's biggest companies keep hitting the same wall: teams that can't communicate across languages and cultures. As an SDR on our global team, you'll open doors at major multinationals and uncover where language training can change how their people work.

Key responsibilities
Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence Make outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle and driving urgency Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date Recruit clients to webinars and events The skills & experience we look for 0-2 years in B2B business development experience Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence Exceptional communication skills Professional knowledge of English & fluency in Portuguese and Spanish Any additional language skills are a plus Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus To thrive at EF Corporate Learning EF, you will: Have strong personal drive and energy Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a nothing is impossible mindset Excited by having ownership and autonomy Enjoy working in a fast-paced results-driven environment Be passionate about learning and language.
