Injection Mold Set Up Technician - 2nd Shift

Injection Mold Set-Up Technician A family-owned company, Dynomax designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking an Injection Mold Set-Up Technician to join our 2nd Shift team.

There is a 10% Premium for 2nd shift positions. Injection Mold Set-Up Technician Job Responsibilities: The Injection Mold Set-Up Technician will read specifications sheet to determine machine set-up and prescribed settings and verify correct set-up of molds, presses, and auxiliary equipment before machine start up Position, align, and secure assembled mold or mold components, and machine accessories, onto machine using hoist, power tools and hand tools Set machine controls to regulate specified machine pressure and plastic curing time and other parameters per set-up sheet and adjust machine to coordinate flow of plastic and coolant to molds Measure and visually inspect product for surface and dimensional defects using a microscope, micrometer, and other gages.
