Job description
We are looking for a dedicated Loss Prevention Agent to join our team! This position is responsible for protecting company assets in accordance with approved company procedures by detecting, detaining, and addressing shoplifting activity. The role includes monitoring store operations, identifying and investigating suspicious behavior, documenting incidents, and supporting efforts to reduce shrinkage.
The Loss Prevention Agent also collaborates with law enforcement, participates in investigations and court proceedings, and helps maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
