Sales & Application Engineer - Valve & Instrumentation

What Will You Be Doing? Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in your designated region. Travelling to visit potential clients. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Calculating client quotations. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.

Administering clients’ accounts. Analysing costs and sales. Recording and maintaining client contact data. Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs. Providing pre-sales technical assistance.

Providing training and producing support material for other members of sales team. Do You Have What We Are Looking For? Possess a Degree in Electronic & Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. Knowledgeable on Process/Analytical Instrumentation, Valve, Analyzer. Have 2-3 years of sales experience in Valve/Instruments/Automation.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantageous). Possess good business communication skills , technical knowledge , business presentation and public speaking.
