Requirements

/ Qualifications Valid California Teaching Credential authorizing service in Adult Education or the subject area (e.g., Designated Subjects – Adult Education, Single/Multiple Subject). English-Learner authorization (CLAD, BCLAD, or equivalent). Letter of Introduction Three Letters of Recommendation Resume Copy of Transcripts DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS -Experience teaching or serving adult learners, especially in multicultural or bilingual settings.

-Spanish/English bilingual proficiency. -Knowledge of WIOA Title II, CAEP, or other adult ed accountability frameworks. -Familiarity with competency-based, project-based, or blended-learning models. The incumbent plans and delivers high-quality instruction and services aligned to state standards, workforce preparation, and the unique goals of an adult education setting. This position is temporary for the 2026-27 school year.
