Hours: Open availability preferred Responsibilities: Seeking People-Oriented Childcare wizzes to provide a safe and fun environment for our amazing future Fresno members and their children! Our Kids Club Team Members create unforgettable experiences for Chuze members and their children. While guardians enjoy our club facilities, the Kids Club team ensures their children are active, entertained, engaged, and most of all, safe in our care. Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member, guest, and their children, including sign-ups, checking children in and out, answering phones, and running fun, enriching activities for children Uphold a positive, friendly, and caring rapport with children and their guardians, prioritizing safety within the Kids Club and addressing guardian concerns as needed Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members and their children in the Kids Club Support a seamless member experience by maintaining knowledge of general front desk operations, including membership offerings, club tours and amenities, and point-of-sale transactions Your Perks: Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership 401k Discounts on all Chuze retail and Chuze Blends purchases Chuzer Referral Incentive Program Free First Aid/CPR and food handler certifications Engaging and dynamic work environment with growth opportunities Your Skills: Requirements: 18+ years of age High school graduate or equivalent Minimum 1 year of previous childcare, babysitting, early childhood education and development, or related experience with children from 6 months to 12 years of age Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person Ability to maintain a positive rapport with children Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed Preferences: Previous customer service experience Bilingual Physical Abilities: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed Due to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.
