Job Details: Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $22.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Human Resources, HR Associate Reports to: CFO Shift: Mon-Fri 8a to 5p (1hr lunch) Pay Rate: $23 to $25 BOE Summary: ( NO CERTIFICATIONS) HR Associate will work closely with recruiting to complete on-boarding process. The Safety and Operations departments completes incident/accident investigations and works with this individual who will turn in insurance claims with W/C carriers.

This individual could be asked to end assignments, by phone, as needed. Simple benefits processing or data entry task as well. Job Description: Arrive on-time for each shift. Review mail Create and submit W/C claims Reviews medical bills and send to safety for signatures Works closely with Safety creating Investigation Reports/Folders Aid Safety with OSHA 300 and 300A logs A great position for an individual interested in a career in Human Resources.
