Machinist

Rinvio is hiring a Machinist for an industrial skilled-trades role in the Oakland, CA market. This is an hourly full-time W-2 role; exact client and site details are shared only with qualified candidates. Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope. Primary scope: manual or CNC machining, setup, measuring, repair support, fabrication support, and industrial production work.

What you will do

Set up and operate machining equipment, measure parts, hold tolerances, and support production or repair work. Read drawings, inspect work, document issues, and coordinate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams. Keep work areas safe, organized, and aligned with industrial quality and production expectations.

Background that fits: Machining experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, fabrication, repair, or production environments Comfort reading drawings, using precision measuring tools, holding tolerances, and documenting work Manual mill/lathe, CNC, repair machining, or job-shop experience is useful Rinvio will keep the first conversation direct: role scope, pay, schedule expectations, location expectations, and fit for the hiring team.
