Engagement Coordinator

• McKinney, TX, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, The Engagement Coordinator supports patient engagement and recognition programs. This role serves as a liaison between patients, families, and community partners to help foster positive and exceptional experiences. The Engagement Coordinator will assist with patient and employee events, administrative functions while promoting the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, employees and community partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospital, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Administrative support experience preferred.
• Prior Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, patient engagement activities, or community outreach programs preferred Work Schedule
• Part-Time.
• 15 - 20 hours weekly.
• Flexible schedule based on organizational needs and engagement event activities.
