Logistics Intern - Planning & Performance (Aug/Sep 2026 Intake)

Drive on-going deep dives and come up with recommendations on how to optimize the current set up or highlight key areas for process improvements Contribute to daily logistics reporting and analytics, providing relevant and timely information to highlight key indicators affecting business operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Payment, Finance, and Fraud teams, and engage in logistics-related inquiries Assist in the management of daily logistics tasks, ensuring exception orders are processed on timely manner Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Head of Operations.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Excellent in both written and verbal communication. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Able to commit a minimum of full-time internship period for 3 months.
