Outside Sales Professional – B2B New Business Cincinnati, Ohio Internal Miller’s Job Title: Business Development Specialist $90,000 expected total compensation | $50,000 base + uncapped commission | Top performers earn $112,000+ | Company provided vehicle Miller’s Textile Services is hiring an experienced, motivated outside sales professional to grow our customer base throughout the Cincinnati area.

This is a true new-business sales role for someone who enjoys developing a territory, opening doors, uncovering operational challenges, and closing long-term B2B service agreements. You will represent an established, family-owned company while selling essential recurring services to manufacturers, healthcare organizations, hospitality businesses, and other commercial customers.

What You’ll Own Develop new business within an assigned Cincinnati-area territory. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting. Meet with business owners and operational decision-makers to understand their current programs, service challenges, and future needs.

Recommend linen, uniform, floor mat, facility, sanitation, and first aid service solutions. Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate agreements, and manage the full sales process through closing. Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and opportunity information in Pipedrive. Coordinate with service and operations during the first six weeks of a new customer’s onboarding.

Consistently achieve established activity, pipeline, and new-business sales goals. The primary focus of this position is acquiring new customers. After a successful onboarding period, our service team assumes responsibility for the customer’s ongoing account management. What Success Looks Like You will be successful in this role if you can consistently create new opportunities, conduct meaningful discovery, develop value-based solutions, and move qualified prospects toward a decision.

This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable being accountable for both prospecting activity and sales results. What We’re Looking For Two or more years of successful B2B outside sales or other quota-carrying, prospecting-based sales experience preferred. Experience generating your own leads and managing a full sales cycle.

Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and close new business. Confidence with cold calling, in-person prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and objection handling. Strong organization, follow-through, and CRM discipline. A consultative approach focused on understanding customer needs and building long-term value.

Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms; Pipedrive experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in uniform rental, linen rental, facility services, industrial supply, waste management, payroll, office technology, first aid, or another recurring-service industry is especially valuable.

Compensation
