Responsible for supplier technical evaluation, qualification, and development activities. Provide technical expertise during supplier selection. Drive supplier capability improvements. Support quality and reliability initiatives. Work cross-functionally to ensure suppliers meet business and engineering requirements. Qualification Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications, or a related field Familiar with the full hardware development process (Design → Verification → Validation) Expertise in one or more of the following areas: High-speed signal design (Signal Integrity) Power design (Power Integrity / PMIC) PCB layout and SI/PI analysis Semiconductor testing or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) architecture Proficient with related design and simulation tools (e.
