VP, Client Service and Sales Manager

The Client Service and Sales Manager is responsible for the professional growth and continued development of our sales officers. Alpine is a development organization with an agile, caring, and entrepreneurial culture. This role focuses on developing officers in a positive and collaborative environment, working with officers to ensure outstanding client service, expansion of existing client relationships, business development strategies, and organic sales growth through trusted client relationships and advisor collaboration.

This position supervises a team of sales officers who are geographically dispersed. This position could be based out of any Alpine Bank location pending available space.
