7th-Grade Boys Volleyball Coach

Start Date: Beginning of February through Beginning of April Position Summary : The 7th-Grade Boys Volleyball Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and supervising student-athletes in the 7th-grade boys volleyball program. This is a temporary position for the duration of the volleyball season.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship * Teach volleyball fundamentals, strategies, and game rules to student-athletes * Supervise student-athletes before, during, and after practices and games * Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration * Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members * Attend all scheduled practices, games, and team meetings * Maintain equipment and report any issues to administration Qualifications : * Previous experience coaching or playing volleyball preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to motivate and support young athletes * Must be available for practices and games as scheduled * CPR/First Aid certification preferred Reports to : Athletic Director or designated school administrator Employment Type : Temporary/Seasonal Location : School gymnasium and game venues as scheduled Practices and games : TBD Stipend: $2,600.
