FT Paramedic - Construction Site Occupational Health

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35+ years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking an outgoing Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you’ll provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7AM-3PM What You’ll Do Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow‑up care Assess occupational & non‑occupational injuries using evidence‑based protocols Document all care in EMR Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification Conduct new‑hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services Maintain a clean, organized clinic Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts Required Qualifications 2+ years of Paramedic experience Active Virginia Paramedic license Occupational health experience Emergency medicine background (ambulance or ER) preferred OSHA-30 within 90 days (company provided) ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability Insurance Overtime pay (1.
