Job Summary
Ashil & Associates is seeking a dynamic and professional Office Coordinator cum Admin Staff to support the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a well-presented female professional with strong communication skills and a background in accounts. This role requires multitasking, coordination, and proactive administrative support to ensure efficient workflow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Administration Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a professional working environment. Coordinate internal meetings, client appointments, and schedules. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with a courteous and professional attitude. Maintain office supplies, equipment, stationery, and ensure timely replenishment.
Organize and maintain office files, documentation, and records. Accounts Support Assist in basic accounting functions such as invoice preparation, data entry, ledger updates, and maintaining financial records. Support accountants with documentation for audits, tax filings, and financial reports. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all accounting-related tasks.
Client Interaction & Communication Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide information, clarify queries, and coordinate follow-ups wherever required. Maintain a positive client experience through professional communication and presentation. Administrative Assistance Handle correspondence, mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
Assist senior staff with administrative tasks and reporting. Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and onboarding coordination, if needed. Required Qualifications & Skills Female candidates preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts or office administration with accounting exposure.
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Presentable personality with a professional attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision. Good organizational and time-management skills.
