Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

We’re working with a well-established environmental consultancy seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects, with sites including schools, libraries, and museums across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment & Demolition) in line with HSG264 Complete air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and reassurance testing Compile detailed reports using handheld technology and in-house systems Work on multiple commercial projects, supporting long-term client contracts Ensure compliance with health and safety and asbestos regulations Requirements What you’ll need: BOHS P402 (Essential) Additional P403/P404 qualifications (advantageous but not required) Full UK driving licence Strong experience in commercial or public sector environments Comfortable travelling throughout the Midlands Benefits What’s on offer: Salary: £37,000 Company van provided (for work use) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Full-time, permanent role Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
