About the Role

To oversee daily dark store operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely picking and packing in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment. Core Responsibilities: Supervise and manage warehouse associates to ensure smooth day-to-day dark store operations. Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet quick-commerce delivery timelines.

Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and proper storage of goods. Allocate tasks, manage shift activities, and ensure optimal team productivity. Monitor order fulfilment performance and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely order handover.

Requirements

Previous experience in dark store operations or quick commerce is mandatory. Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment. Strong understanding of picking, packing, replenishment, and inventory control. Ability to manage high order volumes while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
