245D Program Coordinator / Supervisor

Fraser is seeking a passionate and motivated Program Coordinator to join our Community Living team! In this leadership role, you will help support individuals served while providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff to ensure high-quality care and services.  You will play an important role in creating a positive team culture, supporting active treatment development, and ensuring compliance with 245D regulations.
