• 💰 Base Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
• 🎯 Performance Bonuses: $10,000 – $20,000 annually

• 👩💼 Lead daily office operations and elevate the patient experience
• 📊 Drive performance, scheduling efficiency, and retention goals
• 🤝 Recruit, coach, and develop front and back office teams
• 🧑💼 Partner with HR on hiring, compliance, and employee relations
• 📑 Oversee reporting, budgeting, and supply management
