The Electrical Technician
- Gas Plant is responsible for the safe and reliable maintenance of electrical equipment and systems across HKN Syria’s gas plant and associated processing facilities, including LV and HV distribution, motors, generators, switchgear, lighting, and control power systems. The role performs preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and testing, working as an authorised person under site electrical safety rules and the permit-to-work system to ensure safe isolation and restoration of electrical supplies. The position requires strong electrical maintenance fundamentals, hands-on experience in oil and gas or process plant environments, and the ability to work safely on energised and de-energised systems in a remote field environment.
