Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations at our Bloomfield Hills community. This leadership role oversees care delivery across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home , ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home programs Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical programs to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance Build and maintain an effective organizational structure within the nursing department Collaborate with department leaders to support smooth level-of-care transitions and overall community operations Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support budget development, expense forecasting, and cost-control strategies Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident-centered care Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan (required) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 3+ years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing Experience overseeing Assisted Living, Memory Care and/or Skilled Nursing strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Cedarbrook?
