Customer Service Manager - Logistics Operations

Responsibilities

o Managing Logistics & Customer Services day-to-day logistics operations for all modes of transportation including: o Build and maintain strong client relationships o Maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) with key customers profiles o Address client inquiries and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. o Collaborate with the team to develop and implement standardized level of service o Troubleshoot customers’ shipments o H iring and training of team members o Support Talk Freight Mexico customer service team o Assist with onboarding o Work directly with leadership to identify, build and strengthen processes and procedures to maximize operational efficiencies and productivity as well as support on new projects.

o Support the overall company sales and revenue efforts including being able to communicate Talk Freight services with potential prospects as needed o Oversee the office’s administrative/operational needs o Assist in the management of A/R, A/P and HR as needed Requirements: o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Transport & Logistics industry including extensive knowledge of TMS and 3PL management systems; all transportation modes (LTL, TL, Intermodal, etc.)

; Truckload boards (Truck. Stop/DAT); Freight Analytics; o Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. o Command of Microsoft Office Suite. o Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, always striving to meet and exceed client expectations.

• Flexible and agile with the ability to pivot quickly to changing circumstances and quickly make decisions. o Maintain a positive, professional and customer-centric attitude at all times. o Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.

Compensation
