Founding Software Engineer

You'll have a rare opportunity to influence our technology choices, product features, and company culture. This role requires dedication, creativity, and a strong willingness to take ownership. ## What you'll do * Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions * Lead the development of our core product features and functionalities * Collaborate with the founding team to define product roadmap and execute on it * Participate in strategic decisions about tech stack, development process, and code architecture * Stay abreast of new technology trends and look for ways to leverage them in our product * Mentor new team members as our engineering team grows ## What we're seeking * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 0-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, or equivalent (internships, personal projects) * Strong understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals * Comfortable with the complexities and trade-offs of early-stage product development * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment * Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to think creatively * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply ## Additional Information At Signed Talent, we are committed to fostering a culture of mutual respect and inclusion.
